Overview

TrackYourTV is a personal TV tracking app. This policy explains the information used to provide account, library, episode tracking, and upcoming release features.

Information We Collect

We store the account information needed to sign you in, such as your email address and display name when available. We also store your saved shows, library status, watched episode progress, and related tracking data you create while using the app.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to keep your TrackYourTV account working, show your library, sync watched and unwatched state, display upcoming releases, and maintain basic app security and reliability.

Authentication and Google Login

If you sign in with Google, Google provides basic profile information such as your email address and name. TrackYourTV uses that information only to authenticate your account and identify your profile in the app.

Third-Party Services

  • Supabase is used for authentication, session management, and database storage.
  • TMDB is used for TV metadata, posters, backdrops, and related images shown in the app.
  • Vercel is used to host and deliver the TrackYourTV web app.

Data Retention

TrackYourTV keeps account, library, and tracking data while your account is active so the app can provide its core features. Some operational records may remain for reliability, debugging, or security purposes.

User Choices

You can choose what shows to add, update watched progress, remove saved titles, or sign out at any time. If you want account data reviewed or removed, contact the TrackYourTV operator.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact the TrackYourTV operator through the support or project contact channel provided for the app.
